AGEI provides agent governance and evidence infrastructure. By using the platform, you agree to:

• Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform

• Not use the service for unauthorized or illegal purposes

You may not use AGEI to:

• Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights

• Deploy agents that cause harm, fraud, or deception

• Circumvent governance policies or evidence requirements

• Abuse, spam, or overload the platform

• Reverse engineer or extract proprietary methods

You are responsible for:

• Defining appropriate governance policies for your agents

• Classifying agents accurately by type, authority, and risk

• Ensuring human oversight is configured appropriately

• Reviewing and acting on HITL queue notifications

• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

AGEI supports governance evidence and provides tools for policy enforcement, but:

• AGEI does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice

• Evidence receipts do not guarantee compliance with laws

• You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable regulations

• Consult legal counsel for compliance and regulatory questions

AGEI generates cryptographic evidence receipts of governance decisions:

• Evidence receipts are immutable and cannot be deleted

• Governance events are retained permanently for audit purposes

• You may export evidence data for compliance reporting

• SHA-256 hashes verify integrity but do not guarantee legal compliance

• Developer tier at $99/mo for up to 2 agents

• Pilot tier at $2,500/mo for up to 10 agents (90-day minimum)

• Paid plans billed monthly via Stripe

• Usage overage charges apply for agents and receipts beyond plan limits

• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time via Billing settings

• Refunds are subject to our refund policy (contact support)

• AGEI strives for high availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime

• Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance

• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

• You may terminate your account at any time via account settings

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations

• Upon termination, governance data may be archived for compliance

AGEI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
